Spotlight on February's coach, Janie Rentz

Dare to Dance Dressage Academy are thrilled to have American coach Janie Rentz on board.

Janie is a professional trainer from Purcellville, VA., and graduate of the Equine Studies Program at Lake Erie College in Ohio.

She is an F.E.I dressage rider who has competed at Prix St Georges dressage and has evented to preliminary level. She has ridden and worked for many Olympic riders and has trained at the prestigious P.S.I dressage stable in Germany.

She has schooled horses to Grand Prix level and enjoys the process of training horses. Janie has a positive and upbeat teaching style and concentrates on the rider's equitation and step by step training of horses through the levels.

A regular contributor to Dressage Today, Janie is renowned for her ability to explain the finer points of dressage in a way that is accessible to students of all abilities.
